Our story
-
We come from the field
We started with events. We set up and ran the technology for conferences, launches and exhibitions: computers, screens and interactive stations.
For three years in a row we were the technology side of the Game In festival. It had hundreds of consoles and computers, dozens of meters of LED screens, and tens of thousands of gamers in two days. We also worked at CES in Las Vegas and MWC in Barcelona.
-
People for every project
Every event needs people, so we brought them: hosts, setup and tech support crews, and election staff, from polling stations to the Channel 13 exit poll.
From there we moved on to hiring for full-time jobs and building whole departments: sales, tech support, banking, management and administration. During COVID we hired for supermarket and food chains across the country.
-
The system was born from the work
To hire fast, we built our own tools: a bot that answers candidates and signs them up, and a system that posts jobs in groups and tracks the posts.
And for the work itself, we built a system for project management, time management and shifts.
As business owners we ran into more challenges along the way, and solved them inside the system.

Today
Today workonit is a system for managing people and processes, with apps and AI agents.
And we keep doing what we did from the start: a ready-made or tailored solution for what the business needs. People and teams, integrations with the systems already running in the business, and all of it on our systems.
